How can I get my Kanban Board back?

Hi guys,

We just got back to work this Monday morning and realized that some our projects in Jira were suddenly turned in this mode. We asked our colleges for any unexpected changes that caused this problem but couldn't make any conclusion. Now the project settings has almost nothing, can anyone help us to get the Kanban Board back?

Hi @tpham 

Maybe your Jira software license expired or is not available please check and see . Either way kanban board and reports features are available only when you have an active license . If you have any issue you can always check with the cloud support team maybe something's changed in the cloud plan and you don't know of .
