How can I get testcycle id's by issue

hi all, 

in traceability section i see testcycles but how can i get testcycle id's with issue.

is there api, rest api funtion to get testcycle ids

I would also suggest you to monitor the network tab of the dev tool to keep a close eye on the Apis those are being internally used.

its not zephyr- scale documentation. it can not solve my problem.
