How can I get the EPIC link for sub tasks when exporting issues to a csv file from advance search?

Saadoon Ameer April 30, 2020

So I have multiple tasks with subtasks and I have assigned Epic Link to the main tasks. However, I cant't assign any epic to the subtasks which I create under the main tasks. I have tried linking the main tasks with the subtask as well but that doesn't work as well. Subsequently, I can't get the epic link for subtasks when I export the files to a CSV format. Any help would be highly appreciated

Hi Saadoon,

I don't think you are going to be able to get that in a single filter that can be exported. As you said, there is no link between Epic and Sub-task, so you HAVE to use the Sub-task parent at the middle man.
