I'm trying to find out how can I get the informations of a Zendesk ticket linked to a Jira issue with REST API, for exemple I have a Zendesk ticket 'A' linked to a Jira issue 'B', when I search for an information of the Zendesk ticket 'A' in the API of Jira issue 'B' (JSON), I don't find anything, and vice versa. So I can't figure out how does the plugin works. Does anybody have some suggestions.

Hi @youssef_elammari-stg,

This is Majid @ Exalate.

You could possibly place the ZD data in some custom fields in jira so that you can access it via API. Our integration solution Exalate offers the customer the flexibility to map any number of custom fields. Of course if you wanted to fully customize the integration to leverage the entire power of Exalate, that is certainly possible too.

Please feel free to book a demo if you would like to find out more.

Thanks
Majid

@youssef_elammari-stg hi and welcome to the community! Let me propose a possible solution to your question. It's ZigiOps- a no-code, flexible integration tool. It can be customized to fit your particular use case. ZigiOps can sync any field and transfer a variety of data. In your case - you'll have your zendesk ticket linked to an issue in jira. ZigiOps works bi-directionally so any change in one of the systems will immediately be present in the other. Feel free to explore it and if you think it would be beneficial to your project, you can book a demo to see it in action.

Cheers, Diana (ZigiWave)
