How can I get the date an issue was moved to another issue type ?

I was able to find all issues that were moved from issuetype Defect to Bug.

BUT

how can I get the date the issue was moved from one issuetype to the other ?

You'll need to read the history for each individual issue.  It is logged as a change of type, with date, time and author, but the search in Jira does not yet have functions that can search the history in full, only bits of it.
