How can I give permission to edit dashboard items to others?

Hi, I'm using Time tracking 3rd party APP

and It has been quite useful.

But I need my other teammates to change time tracking settings as well, and couldn't figure out how.

How can I make others to change settings for dashboard items?

Answer accepted

Jira Cloud does not support allowing multiple users to administer a Dashboard. Only the person that owns the Dashboard can make changes to it.
