It's not a feature in Jira, as you can see from this closed feature request:

• JRASERVER-5225

There are a few 3rd-party add-ons mentioned in the description from Gosia, our senior product manager. I would recommend that you have a look at those and see if they will help you do what you are looking to accomplish.
