How can I import the images from my test case (TMJ) into the cloud version from the server version?

I am able to import all the text and the placeholders for all the images, just the actual images do not appear.

I'm using the Server Export to XML and then importorting via 'Test Management for Jira' link.

Just need help getting the images over. I looked at your help file but did not find any information regarding images.
