I want to invite both external and internal users to collaborate on my project. Once the project is completed, I plan to disband the guest users so that they do not consume the paid licenses allocated to my account.
My question is: How can I invite them to my project as "Guest" users?
I've read that for each paid user, I can have up to 5 guests. So, in this context, if I have 20 paid accounts, does that mean I can invite up to 100 guests to collaborate on my project?
Hi @CC Lim ,
Confluence has guest users, and you can invite up to guests in a single space.
However Jira does not have this feature, as far as I know.
