How can I know how is the admin?

Our company want to set up Jira.

But someone created the organization info in the past, so we don't know who is the admin. So No one can control as a admin account.

Can we set a new admin of our organization???

The team will validate your site and account and let you know the org admin. If the org admin is no longer active in your site, then they will help you change the org admin as well.

I would start by checking with the people in your technical support team, or your purchasing team who might be receiving the bills for the products to which you subscribe.
