How can I make a request from my plugin to another (if the second one attached to the current host)?

I need to build a plugin that calls the api of the Tempo Timesheet plugin on Atlassian Connect. Where can I find information about the interaction of plugins with each other?

I think that I should transmit the JWT token of the user in the requests that the Tempo Timesheet plugin will process, but I can't find anywhere confirmation or refutation of this.

And how much needs to be done to make this interaction work on the Jira Server, when I will port the plugin?
