How can I make horizontal line in create issue form

Hello, all, I've a form with too much cusotm fileds and I need to arrange fileds by adding horizontal line seperator or make sections or headers.

If the solution by running a script, please show me step by step being Im not developer.

Assuming you mean JIRA, the easiest optionis probably to use "message fields" from the "jira toolkit" add-on to create some form of separator field in the displays.

Thanks, I've been using this for a while but it doesn't work on JSD requests. Any workarounds?  I can't seem to find one.
