How can I make the end status of one board be the backlog of the other board?

I have 2 boards, one refinement board and one development board, both scrum. What I would like to achieve is that when a user story is in the end status of the refinement board, it also shows up in the backlog of the development board and can be added to a sprint. Mind that both boards have their own sprints.

I can only get to the point that I have to manually transfer a user story from the last status of the refinement board to the backlog of the development board. What I want is that this is done automatically.

I hope someone can help me out with this.

EDIT: Thought I found it but it didn't work afterall. Problem is that sprints seem shared across both boards and for my wanted solution to work I need sperate sprints for each board.
