How can I manage the equipments with Jira?

For example: we have a 3d-printer and the printer will run 24/7. How can i manage the efficiency of the printer? I can create an user "3d-printer" but the maximum planning time per day (time tracking) is not 24h. How can I solve this problem?

Usually you would use a CMDB for managing equipment - there's a great plugin called Insight by Riada which would manage your assets.
