How can I modify the structure of a comment?

Hi!

I am developer in JIRA DATA CENTER and I am trying to modify the structure of the comments, they basically get added in the Activity - Comments Section as a I do a transition.

For instance, a comment would look something like this:

Mathias added a comment - 10/SEPT/2022

[Customer Release Notes] : Hello

[SPL Asset] :

[Testing Applicability] :testing

[Testing Procedure] : testing

[Validation Status] :testing

[Validation Note] :testing

[Validation Device] :testing

However, I want to add a new [intergration status] to the comment, but I can't seem to find where to modify it so when I do the transition it appears too.
I did find that when I resolve the issue there is a step called: "Add comment" in the postfunuction but it does let me modify it

Thank you!

Hi @Hernan Mathias Farina Forster

Looks like it is a template for comments field but likely the field is called something different. Search up the field in the Jira admin settings. Click on the 3 dots (ellipsis) and find the below menu and then select Contexts and default values. You can update the default values to add the new status. Also note that my steps are for Jira Cloud. Hope this helps you to find the resolution for your task in Data Center.
