How can I move incomplete tickets from a completed sprint to an active sprint?

When I complete a sprint, I see the option to move the incomplete tasks to either the backlog or to a new sprint. I don't see an option to move them to another active sprint. Is this possible?

you have to manually do that. If the active sprint is displayed in the Backlog of your project then once you close the other sprint and the incomplete are moved to the Backlog then simply drag and drop into the active sprint. Otherwise you can edit the issue and add the sprint to the Sprint field. Note: adding issue to active sprints is generally a bad idea but certainly doable.
