How can I prevent user to create new proforma form on jira cloud

On jira server, user can prevent user to add new form by hiding the button on CSS, is there has any solution to let me do that on jira cloud?

Welcome to the community.

Proforma (naming doesn't exist in Cloud anymore) or Forms is only option in a JSM project.

In Cloud other Jira projects have a form option, but this is not based on advanced forms like the forms in a JSM project.

Also Jira Cloud has no CSS option to hide menus, like Jira DC has

Can you maybe explain a bit what you mean by 'prevent the user from adding new form'?

Are we talking about creating a new form in project settings? Also, I'm guessing we're here talking about Jira Service Management and not software or business projects.
If we go back to JSM, are you looking for a way to restrict the creation of a new form on an existing ticket for agents?

Also, could you provide more info on pain points/issues with the current behavior?
