How can I *quickly* move a new Subtask to the top of the subtask list?

Our new tasks, when freshly cloned,  have about 20 subtasks from a template.  When I add a subtask it goes at the bottom of that list.  In general, we want our additional subtasks to be at the top.  I can move the subtask up by one at a time using the arrow.  The response time is about five seconds. This means I will spend almost two minutes moving the subtask where it should be.

In my version (7.9.1, server) I can click and drag subtasks to change their order, so I can grab the bottom one and drag it to the top. In the ellipsis button options there is a "rank to top" function that seems like it should perform the same, but it doesn't seem to do anything. But clicking and dragging is fast. Do you have that option?

Thanks.

We have JIRA v7.2.13.  There doesn't seem to be any drag-and-drop functionality for re-ordering subtask.  From further searching, that appears to be a 7.6 feature - someone had posted "I need to disable the new option introduced in JIRA 7.6 that allows to drag and drop subtasks".

The "Rank to Top" does the same for me as it does for you.
