How can I reduce the running time of "atlas-package" command in my local?

Hello, 

   I would like to know Is there any way to reduce the running time of atlas-package command and deploying build on Local JIRA Server? I am having atlas 8.0.7 version running in my machine.  

You can see here in the attached picture, It takes 02:14 mins. Sometimes it takes more than that. How can I reduce it to 1 min or so? What are the processes I can remove to deploy a build faster in local? I'm new to JIRA. If someone can help me with the same that would be great.

Give it more memory and a faster processor.  Cutting parts out of the package process means you won't get a valid working package - they're all needed.
