How can I replace from 'Resolutions'(custom field) to 'Resolution'(system field) when completed the issue ticket?

If this is a transition screen, you should be able to modify the screen and switch out the fields.

Please note: You need admin rights to perform these actions. Also, you should check, if the workflow is used by different projects, as it has also impact on them.
