I recently took over as Jira Administrator (Jira Cloud platform). When a user's account is deactivated, it frequently breaks a workflow, automation, or field requirement. I use the search function for user assignments (reporter or assignee) in automations, but I need a way to search for any instances when a specific user account is the default value in a custom field, used as a trigger | condition | validation for a workflow, and for automations, when a user account or email is listed for notifications or Service Desk approvals.
The only documentation that I have found is for Jira Data Center and Server platforms. Does anyone have suggestions for similar search functions for Jira Cloud? I have Jira Software (premium), Jira Service Management (standard), and JQL Search Extensions.
