I created a screen with some fields, but I also created another screen in the same place, I mean another screen with diferent fields, but what I need is that at the moment that the user creates an issue, this user can see both of the screens that I created

Hello,

If you created two screens, then you can connect only one screen to an issue type as a create screen. You can not connect two screens.
