How can I see the menu "Epics" in my Backlog?

Hi everyone! I'm a beginner here.
I've just choosen Jira for my Startup and I think it's fantastic.
Please, I can't see the epics in my backlog.

I've tried everything. So, I can't assign my issues to the epics I created.
I'm the owner and system admin. See the atached image.

This appears to be a Next-Gen project in which case you will not see Epic or Versions.
