How can I see which Jira Projects a Group can access?

James Evans May 23, 2019

In Jira Cloud, I have a group.

I want to know in which Projects the group has been assigned rights so that I can move those rights from at least some of the Projects.

Any idea how this might be done?

Thanks

Hi James,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Currently, there is no option to see what projects the group have access. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

As a workaround, you can check the Audit log ( Jira settings > System > Audit log) and search for "Project roles changed" or for the group name. You can also export the Audit log and open on Excel to better filter the results.

Regards,
Angélica

Thanks Angélica. I'll take a look. I've also added a comment to 71967 to explain a bit more about what we're trying to do.

Looks like the audit log just covers the last couple of months.
