When I create a new SD project, even if I use shared configuration it always creates a service desk with the following options for customers:
I want to create many SD projects, with our standard ones.
How do I set the defaults?
For this, you need to create a new request with the name like Raise a Bug, Ask a question etc and need to map with respective issue type.
So that whenever customers visit portal to create/raise a request then they will be able to all these requests.
Let say you have a Bug issue type then you need to create Raise a bug request and then map this bug issue type to this request.so whenever customer will choose to Raise a bug request and create/raise a request then it will create a bug issue type issue/ticket.
