How can I set remaining time to 0 when resolved or closed?

Hi, I'm using time tracking plugin, and to use it for comparison between original estimate with real spent time, I need to set my tasks(or subtasks) remaining time to zero when closed or resolved.

How can I do this?

Hi @Cheong sanghun 

You note that you are using a time tracking plugin.  I suggest you start by checking the documentation for that product to see if there is a built-in feature to zero out the time.

If that is not possible, next check if the fields for the time tracking app are accessible to Jira for Automation rules.  And if so, you could build automation rules to zero the fields.
