How can I set the default issue types for all next-gen projects?

Hello:

I would like to set up the default issue types for all next-get projects, and automatically set them in existing projects.  I would like to standardize all the fields and issue types in all of our projects (which BTW are all next-gen).

I don't think it can be done. If you want shared permissions and issue types then you will have to use the regular projects.
