How can I set the exact permission for allowing a user to read-only Issue Security Scheme

I want a user with API access can read the Issue Security Schemes already existing.

What permission I need to add?

Hi @Jairo Velasco 

There is no separate permission for API Access.

For viewing the Issue Security Scheme you need Admin rights.
