How can I set the number of workflow buttons in the view issue screen in Cloud

I have the default two buttons and then the dropdown Workflow menu but this is not intuitive as the only two buttons showing are the previous statuses and are therefore not going to be useful that often. I would prefer to either show them all or JUST have the dropdown. Is this possible in cloud where I dont have access (I think ?) to the config file.

You can not change it yourself in Cloud instance. But, as Nick said in this post try reaching out to Atlassian Support Team. They would do it for you if it's not a restriced functions in Cloud.
