How can I set up jira cloud so that employees will log out after a certain period of time and eventu

Hi, we are trying to figure out how we can
1) log off at a certain time of no activity.
2) change the password at a certain period of time.

We have already read the atlassian documentation and can't find how we can manage these two super important needs. If anyone has knowledge of what we can do in this case I would really appreciate it.
