We are developing a project for one of our customers.
The customer's team also shares some of the development tasks.
The customer requested to have a copy of our issues in their Jira project.
Today they copy paste issues and that is not efficient.
I could not find a post process function that will duplicate an issue to a project in a different domain.
Is this possible?
Hi @Ran Lev,
I am Marlene from codefortynine.
If you're open to work with a Marketplace app, you can have a look at Deep Clone for Jira.
With our app you can add a Deep Clone post-function to a workflow transition, which triggers a clone into another cloud instance or project.
Apart from that you can choose from a wide range of cloning options, e.g. cloning comments or other advanced issue content.
HI @Ran Lev ,
Your enquiry should be able to be done, however it is more likely that you may need an app to copy issues from your instance to another one
Maybe you can check the below app or the Atlassian marketplace
