I have a general board with an active and upcoming sprint. It shows all issues.

I have another boards located in different projects which filter to only show those projects issues.

I have an active sprint and then an upcoming sprint.

Those sprints don't seem to be visible on other boards. Is there a way to ensure that these sprints are available on all boards?

Hello Michael,

The board decides what sprints exist based on the sprints that are attached to the issues included in the board's filter. For example, if you have two boards with the same filter they will see the same sprints but can be configured with different swimlanes, filters etc. but if you have two boards with independent projects and issues the sprint will not be shared, to get the sprint to show in a board an issue from that board needs to be added to the sprint on the other board at the issue level.

Generally when a sprint shows up on another board is is done in error and would not be recommended in most scenarios as covered int he following KB details steps to undo the action:

But if this is something you are planning to do add the Sprint to an issue on the alternate board at the issue level by editing the issue and adding the value to the sprint field.

Regards,
Earl
