How can I stop receiving emails about Your team is growing

How can I stop all the emails that are being sent to my email address about people Joining Jira. 

It states that my team is growing but all these people are not even in my team.

Is there a place in JIRA that I can turn this off.

I am  a organization administrator.

I gave up trying to figure this out and ended up just creating a rule in my email client to automatically delete them.  Horrible solution.  This modern world of Minimum Viable Product we live in is seriously frustrating at times!
