How can I stop users from logging more work than the Original estimate?

couldn't find a solution on google or on this community, so here is my question:

Is it possible to stop users from logging work that would result in the logged work being higher than a previously set Original estimate? I am using Jira Software 7.9 along with Tempo Timesheets.

What I am looking for is a way to stop a user that wants to log ex. 4 hours on an issue with an Original estimate of 6 hours, where 3 hours have already been logged - by ex. throwing an error when the user would submit his hours. Or perhaps allow him to log a maximum of 2 hours.

This would really help on issues with fixed time + price, otherwise users might log time out of the roof.
