How can I track task movement within a Sprint?

I would like a way to see how often a task moves, and which columns the task has been in throughout a sprint in report form.

Any suggestions?

You may add the 'Average Number of Times in Status' gadget to a dashboard, using a filter to get just tasks belonging to specific sprints.
