How can I track time logged by team and user?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our scrum team has been having issues with logging time regularly on what they are working on, so we are temporarily taking action on that to review the time logged the previous day during standup.
How can I show just a plain table of data in a report or widget that gives a breakdown by user/team and day of week/date?
