How can I use /rest/api/3/issue/ to set description field using wiki render

Currently have description field payload set as:

I have strDesc = '[ClickHere | https://myUrl.com/myPage] \\ Click above link]"  it creates issue with plain text.  Can I change the payload description type to use wiki render?
