How can I verify the connection between GitHub and JIRA cloud is working?

We are no longer seeing the commits, in the JIRA tickets

Hi Joseph,

I would recommend you to take a look at the below documentation.

You will find some information and troubleshooting in case that JIRA Applications are not working, so you can try to confirm if it's working or not.

Thanks, but that seems to tell you how to troubleshoot the Bit Bucket interface with JIRA. 

I have an auto syncing that is causing the Development information from GitHub to be lost in the JIRA tickets. This just started to happen.
