How can Jira help me to perform compliance checks and internal auditing?

I wish to perform an internal audit to determine the level of policy compliance and also to determine readiness for SOC 2 and ISO certification.

I'm not aware of all the requirements for SOC 2 and ISO certification, maybe there is some app on the marketplace.

For system changes, you can check Jira audit log: 

 

For an internal audit of the teamwork, I can suggest the Issue History add-on from my team. 

It provides you with a report for every past activity:

• What changes were made to the issues
• When modifications occurred
• Which user is responsible for updates
