How can I configure Jira to send the notes that i put in specific fields of the issue as Mail to the client i'm meeting?

Your client must be a jira users to get notifications from jira in std jira (core/software)
If your using service desk and you communicate with your customer using a request type, any comment you add as public to the request will be sent to your customer.
If your not using service desk and your customer is not a jira user, you can achieve this using a plugin (email this issue) or a custom script / plugin to send the specific notification
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
