How can O make timer field in scrum project

I need to make a timer field in scrum project in jira. I need to see how much minutes till the end response. But don't include days off and hollidays, only Business hours for 9am till 6pm.
how can I make it?

Thank you for reaching out.

Per your description, I understand you are looking for kind of an "SLA field", that will basically count the time spent until a specific action (Issue transition) is completed, considering your business hours. Is that correct?

Unfortunately, Jira Software does not provide this functionality, however, there are some workarounds that you can use to properly achieve it. Allow me to provide you with some of them:

  1. You can use a default Date/time picker, using a post function to update it with the current time when the issue is transitioned. You will not have the exact amount of time, but you can easily calculate it.
  2. You can use a third-party app to achieve what you need. These are some options:
    Scripted fields from Scriptrunner app 
    Time to SLA 
    SLA PowerBox - On-Time Service Delivery
