I have a public form in a Jira board for work intake across the business which works great so long as the person is not identified as a customer. As soon as someone uses our IT groups Jira Service Management board, they become a customer and can no longer submit my form in my technology groups Jira board.
How can I get around this and make it so that people can fill out my form no matter their Jira status?

Did you set the form to be public and accessible to anyone?
If only set to internal users then customers will not be able to access because they will always be routed to the portal.
