I am a newbie Product owner and i want to facilite the haring of specification between me and the product owner is there some tools that help us to do the job (writing functional specification, adding comment to it, versionning...)

I think one of your best tools would be to go with Confluence. The nice thing with that is that you can have multiple editors, history of documents is easily tracked, and, unlike G-Suite or O365, once set up, content is implicitly shared rather than having to be explicitly shared. No information silos.
When you step beyond your phase of the project and get to developing, user guides, engineering guides, what have you, the nice thing is that all the source material from the start is available and can be referenced.
Makes for an honest full cycle documentation tool.
