How can configure my custom field through JIRA plugin which i created also by installing a plugin?

Currently I a am creating jira Issue Fields by adding the code in atlassian-connect.json file. The fields are being created successfully.

But how can we configure them through my plugin itself with doing it manually so that the custom fields are configured for all the existing projects.
