How can i add issuing person

I need to put information about sales person that sends a new project to desighn team.

This person should be assigned to this project.

how can i do this?

Hi @Rafał Huttman I don't quite understand your question - is the Sales Person a Jira user who submit Jira project requests to a design team, and they want to be added as a user to the new project? Or is the Sales Person a customer requesting something?

Sales Person is a Jira user. He/She sends my a new project by e-mail. I create project in Jira. Is there a possibility to add this person as the one that's responsible (as a sales person) for this project?

@Rafał Huttman You can set a 'Project Lead' in Project Settings > Details, which would then allow you to auto-assign tasks in this project to this user. If you look at the list of all projects, the Project Lead will be displayed next to the project, which adds some level of 'ownership' to the project.

You may also need to go to the People section within the project settings and add the user to a project role (perhaps 'administrator'), depending on the permission scheme that your project is using
