How can we bulk delete them.
and how can we prevent them to email our Jira email for creating a ticket.
we want this Project exclusive for our company customer.
Here is our customer settings.
You have to click on the "change the customer access settings link" in order to prevent customers from signing up to your instance.
Then, you have to go to your project setting under Projects > "desired project". Once inside the project, visit "project settings" and look for "e-mail". There will be an option for you to disable e-mail requests, which will prevent customers from creating tickets by sending emails.
