How can i browse single record by passing a string to confluence URL/page

Hi,

Example : I always use/call specific JIRA Issue by passing the issue ID in URL.  http://xyz.com/browse/<issueID>

Now, I have a confluence page/form with few values and a table view which shows all the records that are stored using that form.

can i pass a key in URL and display only one or matching record/s based on a kay/cell value?
