How can i create or add new business unit

i have business units called radiology, neurology etc.. i want to add/create new business unit. how can i do that ?

You haven't told us what you have configured to handle this "business units" thing.

I'm going to guess that it is a custom field you have added.  If that is the case, you need to go to Admin -> Custom fields -> Business Unit (configure) and add the new options.
