How can i create sprint in jira version 5.0

My memory isn't strong enough to remember the exact versions of Agile that Sprints were implemented in.

So, go to "Agile" and click "create board".  Are you offered the option of "Scrum or Kanban"?  If not, then you don't have a version of Agile that implements sprints.
