How can i import lot of components in one time ?

I have 41 projects for which i have to import more than 20 components. I would to do an import but how can i ?

A Project Administrator for the project can use the Import Issues from CSV process to import a single issue that has all 20 components specified in it. When this is done by a Project Admin, the import process will create a Component for each value that is not already a Component for that project.

After using the import of one issue to create the components, that issue would need to be closed, or deleted if your permissions allow issue deletion.
